Metaphor Therapy uses guided inner stories to help explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns in a gentle and accessible way. Just as stories help us understand life from childhood, metaphor allows deeper insights to emerge without the need to analyse or overthink.
By working beyond the critical mind, this approach supports emotional healing, clarity, and inner balance in a calm and natural process — making it especially supportive for first-time clients.

Aura Photography captures the body’s natural electromagnetic energy field, often referred to as the aura. This energy field reflects emotional, mental, and physical states, including the activity of the body’s chakra system.
Using Kirlian photography, subtle energetic patterns are made visible, offering insight into areas of balance and imbalance. Aura Photography provides a gentle, visual way to increase self-awareness and support personal healing and wellbeing.

Past Life Regression is a guided experience that explores memories and themes beyond our present-day awareness. This process can offer insight into repeating patterns, emotional blocks, or life lessons that may feel difficult to understand through the conscious mind alone.

This modality is offered after an initial session to ensure grounding, readiness, and a supportive foundation.

Vision Board Therapy is a creative and guided process that uses imagery, color, and symbolic expression to support clarity and intention-setting. As visual beings, we often connect more deeply with what we can see, create, and feel.
Through painting a personalized vision board, clients work with meaningful symbols and colors linked to the body’s energy system, supporting focus, motivation, and conscious manifestation in a grounded and enjoyable way. This session is playful, reflective, and deeply empowering.
